Through Executive and Leadership coaching I work on Skills coaching, Performance coaching, Developmental coaching and/or Remedial coaching.

The Harrison Assessment System THAS is an additional service I offer in-line with Executive and Leadership Coaching. The Harrison Assessment System is a focus on four key business areas critical for success:

  • Candidate Selection: provides a comprehensive assessment of the behavioural competencies required for a position and accurately predicts success and potential obstacles.
  • Succession Planning: managing the talent pipeline through THAS provides the ability to predict an individual likelihood of success at multiple levels within an organisation and create a developmental plan to accelerate their progress.
  • Individual Development: reveals deeply rooted insights that determine essential high performance traits and those that will accelerate or hinder performance related specific positions.
  • Team Development: enabling individual team members to easily identify how their own behaviour contributes or obstructs team objectives in addition to providing a step-by-step plan for adjustments and subsequent facilitation to achieve optimal team performance.
